Inverted Zeiss Axio Observer Z1 Epifluorescence / Widefield Microscope

The Zeiss Axio Observer is a motorized, inverted microscope equipped for both transmitted light (bright field, phase) and fluorescence microscopy. This microscope is a general-purpose widefield fluorescence microscopy.  It is equipped with 2 cameras, a sCMOS for high resolution fluorescence imaging and a color camera that can be used to image histology slides.
